Hey friends! Let's talk about finding balance in plant-based eating. It's not about being perfect – it's about nourishing your body while still enjoying your food!
As Michael Pollan suggests:
Eat real food. Not too much. Mostly plants.

Plant-based meals will be an ongoing topic, but for now, let's get started with a simple plate method I often share in my coaching practice:
🥗 1/2 plate: Colorful veggies (the more variety, the better!)
🥗 1/4 plate: Plant proteins (beans, lentils, tofu – get creative!)
🥗 1/4 plate: Whole grains
Don't forget to add some healthy fats like avocado or a sprinkle of nuts.
And remember, it's totally okay to indulge sometimes. That's part of the balance!
