Finding Your Vibrant Middle is a self-paced journey through 4 modules—but you're not doing it alone.

This isn't a typical online course where you watch videos by yourself. It's a hybrid approach that combines self-paced content with personalized guidance from me throughout your journey.

 

How it works

Each module includes self-paced content (50-60 minutes) that you work through on your own time—educational foundations, reflections, practical tools, and assessments.

 

But here's what makes this different: After each module, you share your discoveries with me via email, and I respond personally with observations, encouragement, and insights specific to your patterns. This isn't automated. It's genuine one-on-one exchange.

 

You progress at your own pace. Take a week per module or take three weeks per module—you decide. What stays consistent is that real partnership throughout.

Module 1: Understanding Your Vibrant Middle
Discover your internal navigation system and what balance actually looks like for you (not what you've been told it should look like)

 

Module 2: What Nourishes You
Identify what genuinely restores you beneath all the messaging about what you need to do to be healthy. Discover why that distinction matters and how to honor what actually works for you.

 

Module 3: How You Show Up
Recognize your authentic patterns and learn to honor your nature instead of constantly adapting to external demands

 

Module 4: Where You Direct Your Care
Explore the relationship between caring for yourself and caring for others without depleting yourself
